General Travel

All academic visits whether factory, workshops, labs, firms

ReadTrips will assist in booking appointments and submit your application where applicable as per the embassy/consulate advice. Readtrips does not guarantee issuance of visas nor act as an agent of an embassy/consulate.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure.

We cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to incorrect passports and visas.

All flights are booked on economy class and no preference to a particular operator. If one wants to travel in a different class, the respective airline upgrade surcharge applies.

We work with reputable 3 star hotels/hostels tailored to the student and youth market enhancing a vibrant experience and opportunity to network with students from other parts of the world. 

We can recommend accommodation that suits your needs and your budget.

Yes. All our study trips come with compulsory insurance policy offered by our partners for the duration of travel.

Group Travel

Our trips are crafted to incentivize learning together with a minimum number of 15 in a group. If the number falls below, a revision of quote is initiated before commencement of booking confirmations.

Our standard number of students per group is 19 to enhance a cohesive group making sure every student is visible and gets the most attention for a rewarding experience.

However,our team handles big groups supported with respective guides ratio.

Our prices are determined by the number of paying passengers, and so may increase if your numbers decrease, and cancellation charges may apply.

Please let us know as soon as possible, in writing, if this happens.

Cancellation Policy

As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-fill your place, the following cancellation charges will always be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding amendment charges. These cancellation charges are payable by you whether or not you have already paid a sufficient amount to us in deposits.

Yes. Each group has a professional guide with them from start to end in every destination.

All transport, accommodation and visits are audited to the requirements of our standards. Before the release of a trip, a reconnaissance visit is done.

To mitigate risks, we incorporate travel insurance in all trips.
