To explore behind the scenes of the cities and regions that influenced great artists such as Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso along the Mediterranean, to the arts capitals of Rome and Vatican and onto the undulating valley of Tuscany the home of the greatest polymath; Leonardo Da vinci. 

From the Adriatic sea  to the Atlantic Ocean, we will explore the diverse architectural movements, Gothic in Milan, Baroque in Venice to Art Nouveau in Barcelona.

FRANCE

Paris

Our journey will start in Paris, the quintessential city of romance and culture. One of the world's most beautiful cities, our guide architect will take us behind the scenes as we delve into the philosophy of Haussmass, the French architect who led the regeneration of Paris. Donning our fashionista attitude, we will visit one of the world’s iconic fashion brand foundations to understand the influence of the fashion world to the evolution of architecture in the city. Topped with rich cultural offerings found in bespoke museums, private galleries and leading architectural institutes our adventure in this city will not before stroll along the Seine river, visiting the awe-inspiring Eiffel Tower, and immerse yourself in world-class art at the Louvre Museum. 

SWITZERLAND

Basel, Switzerland

From Paris, head to Basel, located on the Rhine River, where Swiss, German, and French cultures blend. Explore the city's charming old town, with its narrow streets and colorful houses, and visit the Basel Minster and the Museum Tinguely. Basel’s rich history and vibrant arts scene make it a wonderful stop. 

Lucerne

Later head to Lucerne, a picturesque Swiss town surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Take a scenic boat ride on Lake Lucerne and visit the Chapel Bridge, one of the oldest wooden bridges in Europe. Don’t miss the impressive Lion Monument, which commemorates Swiss Guards who died during the French Revolution. For panoramic views and if time allows, take a cable car ride up to Mount Pilatus.

ITALY

Milan

Our first city will be Milan, Italy’s fashion capital which offers a mix of modern sophistication and historic landmarks. Our architect guide will be enthusiastic  to explain the diverse architectural movements in the city  starting from the  iconic Duomo di Milano, a Gothic architecture, to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II which is the world's oldest chopping mall built in the 19th century.  Our art lovers will be eager to see Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper at the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie. 

Venice

Spend the morning in the company of a knowledgeable local guide as you explore Venice, the most magical of cities. Begin with a water bus ride to San Marco Island, a memorable crossing of the lagoon that gives you a real taste of the city’s charm as you approach the dreamy spires and distinctive waterside buildings. Once on the island you’ll be led around some of Venice’s best-known locations, beginning in the Piazzo with the Basilica di San Marco, a stunning piece of Byzantine architecture. You’ll also see the legendary Bridge of Sighs, which appears on many postcards or pictures of Venice and connects the old prison to the interrogation rooms in the Doge’s Palace. Afterwards you’ll have a chance to see some traditional Venetian craftwork at close quarters with a demonstration by Murano glassblowers; their exquisite creations make excellent souvenirs. Of course, the ultimate Venice activity is to ride through the warren of waterways on a gondola, and for most people this optional excursion is a must. Step on board, relax and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Afterwards, you can wander through the ancient winding alleys, and visit nostalgic cafés or restaurants to enjoy a variety of delicious foods.

Rome

Our day in Rome will start with a visit to the famous Colosseum, built in AD 72. History comes to life as you imagine yourself witnessing gladiatorial combat inside the spectacular Amphitheatre. After the Colosseum, get up close to the nearby Arch of Constantine, which dates back to the fourth century AD. We will then visit the magnificent Reunification Memorial Hall, the Victor Emmanuel II National Monument, which was built to honour King Victor Emmanuel II who unified Italy. 

 

VATICAN

Vatican City

Afterwards, we will enter the smallest country in the world, The Vatican City, which lies at the heart of the Italian capital. Here you’ll marvel at St Peter’s Basilica, home to Pope Francis and arguably the most significant site in Christianity. The exquisitely beautiful Basilica has been present here for almost 1,700 years and contains a bewildering collection of paintings, frescoes and designs crafted by some of humanity’s most famous artists, which you can explore.

Florence

Our voyage of cultural discovery continues as you get to know Florence, the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and home to some fabulous architecture and fine art. Begin the day by taking in a wonderful panoramic overview of the city from Piazzale Michelangelo, which boasts glorious vistas over the red roofs, Arno River and ancient city walls out towards the surrounding countryside. Next you can see a demonstration of the traditional craft of leather working at close quarters in a local workshop, and you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase some of the high-quality leather items for which the city is famous. From here you’ll enjoy a guided walk around Florence’s many highlights, including the Ponte Vecchio over the Arno, the Piazza del Duomo and Campanile Tower. There will be an opportunity to visit the Uffizi Gallery,home to masterpieces by Botticelli and da Vinci, and marvel at Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery which contains one of the most notable art collections in Florence. 

Pisa

A short trip from Florence brings you to Pisa, famous for its Leaning Tower. While in the Piazza dei Miracoli, you can admire the beautiful cathedral and the Baptistery. Climb the tower for an unforgettable view, and take the classic photo that captures the illusion of holding it up. 

MONACO

Monte Carlo

In the morning, we will depart for the French Riviera in the south of France. Around noon, we will arrive in the small country of Monaco. Monte Carlo, a picturesque city between the mountains and the sea, is a glamorous destination and a paradise for the world's wealthy. We will visit the Monaco Royal Palace and enjoy breathtaking views of the country from the hilltops. Rich with luxury offerings, Monaco is a small but opulent destination, perfect for a day of glamour and stunning views of the Mediterranean.

FRANCE

Nice, 

We will cross over to France starting from Nice on the French Riviera. Take a stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais, visit the colorful Old Town (Vieux Nice), and relax at the beach. The south of France is known for its perfume production, and along the way, we will stop in aperfume-producing town to visit a perfume factory, you can choose their favorite scents

Cannes, 

Cannes, known for its glamorous film festival, exudes luxury. Wander along La Croisette, lined with upscale boutiques and cafes, or relax on the sandy beaches. Visit the Old Town (Le Suquet) for fantastic views of the Mediterranean and explore the charming streets of this chic resort town.

Avignon, 

We will start the day in Avignon visiting the two must see landmarks. The Palais des Papes (Palace of the Popes) and the Pont Saint-Bénézet, the broken bridge which is also known as Pont d’Avignon. The palace dates to the 14th century, with the support from the King of France the Roman church moved its capital thus making Avignon the second religious capital of the Roman-Catholic church.

In the afternoon we will depart to visit Gordes, famous from A Year in Provence, the book, written by Peter Mayle. The village of Gordes is made of limestone dating back to 1525 with its buildings rooting themselves into the steep cliff giving the village town its other names; the Stone City and the City in the Sky. The village is considered by the Association des plus villages de France one of France’s most beautiful villages. Afterwards we will have a short stay at the Musee de la Lavande, the lavender museum, and the Abbaye de Sénanque which Catholic Cistercian originates from and the story background of the book A Year in Provence.

Arles( Van Gogh’s  refuge city)

In the morning we will drive to Arles. The small town is famous because of the well-known Dutch master of Impressionism, Vincent van Gogh, who lived in the sanatorium of Arles from 1888 – 1889. Although Van Gogh stayed for only one year, that single year is considered the most productive period of his life. He painted more than two hundred oil paintings during his stay in Arles. Creating his world-renowned art pieces; The Langlois Bridge at Arles and The Café Terrace on the Place du Forum. It is a true unique experience to visit town and see what the Dutch master saw himself over a century ago. Other than enjoying the village’s connection with Van Gogh there are many ancient Roman ruins to behold. Arles has been listed as a key city since ancient Roman times. In the afternoon we will leave Arles for the charming coastal city of Barcelona. If time permits, upon arrival, everyone can participate in an optional program to visit the Olympic Beach

SPAIN

Barcelona, 

Mediterranean city of Barcelona, voted World Capital of Architecture for 2026.  The attractions include the Columbus Monument and La Rambla. Then, the tour will bring you to the iconic Sagrada Familia, the masterpiece of the architectural genius Antoni Gaudí, known as the "architect poet." Afterwards, we will visit the exterior of Camp Nou, the famous football stadium, for photos and souvenir shopping. Then, proceed to Montjuïc Hill to visit the Olympic Stadium, which hosted the 1992 Olympic Games. From the hill, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. 

Valencia

Valencia is a blend of old-world charm and modern innovation. Explore the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, home to stunning architecture and the impressive Oceanografic aquarium. In Valencia's history, the city was celebrated as the gateway to the Mediterranean. It’s commercially and culturally rich, with Moorish and Arab culture and food. Although today’s Valencia is less prominent, it’s still an important city for large commerce exhibitions and trade fairs to be held throughout the year. Upon arrival, you will visit the Modernisme Plaza of the City Hall of Valencia, Valencia’s Ancient City Gates and the Valencia Cathedral, where the true Holy Grail is preserved,

Granada

This historic city has been ruled by the Visigoths and Arabs. It became the last stronghold of the Arab dynasty during its eight-hundred year-long rule of the Iberian Peninsula. In the 15th century, King Ferdinand successfully expelled the Arabs and managed to unite Spain. You would enter and visit the Alhambra, a Moorish citadel and palace, also known as the Red Palace. Alternatively, heading to visit the old city of Granada, with its exquisite and delicate architecture.

Following that, embark on a drive to the Mijas, a self-paid group activity, to visit famous white village and winding streets, charming nooks and crannies, flower decked house and numerous tiny squares

Ronda

Perched on a dramatic cliff, Ronda is one of Spain’s most stunning towns. Visit the Puente Nuevo, the iconic bridge that spans the El Tajo Gorge, and the Plaza de Toros, one of the oldest bullrings in Spain. 

The birthplace of Spanishbullfighters. Ronda proudly holds the distinction of being home to Spain's oldest bullring, where the love, hatred, and passion of the fighters of that era were witnessed. Despite its seemingly serene facade, Ronda emanates a vibrant Spanish charm that is unmatched. The town's romantic and peaceful white houses perched on the dramatic cliffs serve as a testament to its allure. 

 

Seville

Seville, the heart of Andalusia, is a city of flamenco, tapas, and spectacular architecture. Explore the magnificent Alcázar Palace, the Seville Cathedral (the largest Gothic cathedral in the world), and the Giralda Tower. Seville’s charming streets, lively atmosphere, and rich history create a perfect mix of experiences.

We will start by visiting the Seville Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral and the third-largest church in the world. Its completion dates back to the early 16th century and now the cathedral halls serve as the Royal Chapel, the burial place of the kings for over a century. The tomb of Christopher Columbus, who discovered the New World, is also in the church as a credit to the great navigator. From there onwards you will see the Alcázar of Seville, which used to be a Muslim palace and a Spanish Royal Palace. The upper levels of the Alcázar are still used by the royal family as the official Seville residence today, which makes it the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe. It was registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, along with the Seville Cathedral. We will walk to Santa Cruz, Torre del Oro (the Tower of Gold) and Maria Luisa Park, where the 1992 World Expo was located. In Plaza de España (Spain Square), you can admire crafted porcelain paintings, detailing the history and elegance of historical Spain.

PORTUGAL

Lisbon

Lisbon, Portugal’s coastal capital, combines old-world charm with a modern, vibrant vibe. We will arrive in Cabo da Roca (Cape Roca) in the afternoon. This is the most western extent of mainland Portugal and continental Europe. At the cape, you can see the enormous Atlantic Ocean surrounded by endless scenery. Don’t forget to buy the remembrance certificate to prove that you once set foot on the west point. Later we will head back to the Lisbon city centre and visit the Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery, both classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Belem Tower was important during the Age of Discovery, as this was the place where the ships would depart. The Jerónimos Monastery is one of the most prominent examples of Portuguese Late Gothic Manueline style of architecture in Lisbon. You will pass through the Marquis of Pombal Square and then stop at the Rossio Square for some free time. Those who are interested in Portuguese custard tarts will taste the authentic ones at a century-old bakery.

SPAIN

Madrid

Madrid, Spain’s capital, offers a dynamic blend of art, history, and energy.  Our visit will start by the Cibeles Fountain, and then arrive and visit Plaza Mayor, Piazza di Spagna, and Royal Palace of Madrid. The Royal Palace of Madrid was built by the Spanish Royal Family, showing the magnificent and splendid former empire and its historical grandeur. Then you’ll arrive at the Puerta del Sol, a public square in Madrid. You can find the Km 0 square tile on the pavement, which represents the Puerta del Sol, the centre of the radial network of Spanish roads. In the afternoon, we say farewell to Madrid and head to Zaragoza. 

Zaragoza

Zaragoza, known for its mix of Christian, Islamic, and Jewish heritage, offers a fascinating glimpse into Spain’s past. Visit the stunning Basilica del Pilar, explore the Aljafería Palace, and walk along the Ebro River. Zaragoza is less touristy than other cities, making it a great place to enjoy a more relaxed pace.

Barcelona

Our trip concludes back in Barcelona, where you can revisit your favorite spots or explore new areas like the trendy El Born district, the vibrant markets of La Boqueria, or the stunning beaches. Barcelona’s combination of art, architecture, food, and culture will leave you with lasting memories from your epic European journey.

    Mind-blowing to see different places, art, architecture, and experience religion in the heart of Rome. and the food was exceptional, especially the Italian pizzas.
