Masdar Research Institute
In fostering our future, we travelled to Masdar Research institute in Masdar city, Abu Dhabi to give design students an enriching perspective of the measures taken to create a livable environment. From architectural designs, landscaping ideas, land zoning, waste management as well as supporting technology.
Design Features
In the study trip, we explored ideas such as material used to reduce thermal mass, building orientations, wind harvesting, solar farms, autonomous cars etc.
